WARRANTY STATEMENT:
Provided that all installations have been done to meet building codes, our guidelines and the purpose intended for the product used, All Natural Wood Decking Inc. will warranty ALLWOOD® Hemlock decking and ALLWOOD® Ash decking to not decay or rot during their specified warranty period. The use of deck oil is not required for rot warranty but is recommended for colour maintenance.
ALLWOOD® Hemlock 5/4 “x 5” decking is warranted for 20 years.
ALLWOOD® Ash 1” x 5” and 1″ x 6″ decking is warranted for 20 years.
All Natural Wood Decking Inc. will replace or refund at our discretion, these listed ALLWOOD® products that have not performed as specified, providing proof of original purchase can be provided as well as the expressed guidelines for application have been adhered to.
What is not covered by this Warranty:
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from; improper maintenance, negligent or improper use, abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, act of God, alteration or improper installation.
